gina horseGina Hemmings is a registered Chartered Physiotherapist, APPI Pilates Instructor and Advanced Equipilates Trainer.

Gina is registered with the Health Care Professions Council. She has a degree in Anatomical Science (BSc Hons) from Bristol University. 

Gina is registered as a fully certified Pilates Instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI). Gina is passionate about bringing Pilates into people’s lives whether recovering from injury or aiming high in a sporting capacity. She was featured as the National APPi Star member in July 2015.

Gina  also teaches  Equipilates; helping indivduals, coaches and teams to a better understanding and use of their body to achieve more harmony and improve performance with their horse.

 Gina is registered with the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Therapeutic Riding (ACPTR). She works with children and adults with a variety of disabilities using the Horse / Equine movement as the Physiotherapy treatment modality.

Gina has over twenty years’ experience as a Senior Physiotherapist in the NHS. She now works privately specialising in rehabilitation and helping people to regain and maintain a quality of life and independence.

Gina led the winning team for the Hampshire Community Health Care ‘Best Patient-Focused practise’ Gold Award (2009-2010) for “doing everything possible to improve the quality of patients’ lives”.
