All above classes one hour and £8.50 each, booked and paid in termly blocks e.g. six week course £51. Max 12 in a class.

If you have specific requirements then 1:1 sessions will be the right choice. Gina combines her Physiotherapy and Pilates knowledge to make sure the programme is safe and effective for you.

Tai Chi for Arthritis

Tai Chi for Arthritis is an enjoyable exercise for people of all ages. It can relieve your pain, improve your health and your ability to do things. Tai chi helps people to relax and feel better. It is easy to learn. It can be practised sitting as well as standing. Research has shown Tai Chi for Arthritis improves balance and prevents falls.
